Our Half Day Yoga and Paddle boarding retreat Cairns is suitable for all, including those that are completely new to Yoga and Paddle boarding. It offers a moment to relax and reset in nature and is a wonderful opportunity to meet like minded people.
Itinerary For The Day
7:20am Pick up / Meet at Smithfield Shopping Centre. You can park your vehicles here / catch the bus here and we will pick you up in the Pacific Water sports Van. We will all travel up to Kuranda together.
8:00 – 9:00am Hatha Flow Yoga and Meditation by the River with Beth Hartig.
9:00 – 9.45am Breakfast by the river. We provide a healthy breakfast of Fresh Fruit Salads, Chia Pudding, Granola/Muesli, Yoghurt & Herbal tea.
9.45am – 12pm Introduction to Paddleboarding by Luke from Pacific Watersports. We will Paddle together down the Upper Barron River (No crocodiles- don’t worry!) Suitable for complete beginners. This guided tour will take us into the thick of the rainforest to reconnect with nature in a beautiful rainforest meditation on our paddle boards. Plenty of time to take it at your own pace, float down the river and have a swim.
12.30pm Head back to Smithfield (arrive at Smithfield at approximately 1pm)
