Join us in April 2021 for a 5 week yoga journey.
Perfect for complete beginners, or those that want to really get back to basics again (perhaps after a break in your practice or just to re-learn the fundamentals.)
In this course Beth Hartig will teach you some of the key Hatha Yoga postures, that usually present in most yoga classes. So after you have completed this course, you will feel confident to join any of Hartig Yogas’ Beginner-Intermediate lead classes AND you will be able to practice some yoga by yourself, at home.
Yoga isn’t just about the poses though. You will learn how to calm your mind, connect to your breath and find a place of ease and serenity within yourself. And you will notice, as time goes by and as your practice continues, this serenity moves off the mat and into every area of your life with you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Week 1– What is Yoga? How to centre yourself, warm up your body and introduction to Sun Salutation A .
Week 2– Explore Sun Salutations.
Week 3– Sun Salutations and Key Standing Poses
Week 4- Sun Salutations and Key Seated Poses
Week 5- A Full Hatha Yoga Practice.

When you participate in this course, you will be added to a private facebook group, and every week a video of that weeks session will be uploaded, for you to practice in your own time!
We learn through practice and repetition! So the best way for the information to stick is to continue your practice at home.
You will continue to have access to these videos after the course is finished.
This Beginners Yoga Course will be held at Hartig Yogas’ Beach Yoga location, outside of the Alamanda Resort, Palm Cove. Underneath the Palm Trees, in front of the ocean.
If the weather is too wet/windy, the class will be moved inside the Alamanda Resorts’ lobby lounge, which is just opposite their main reception on Veivers Road.
