Palm Cove is one of the top holiday destinations in Australia. People travel here from all over the world to bask in the sun, to enjoy the gorgeous stretch of beach and to explore the Rain Forest and Great Barrier Reef.
Palm Cove is the ultimate place for relaxation and rejuvenation. There is so much to do to relax and unwind here, and a yoga class with Hartig Yoga can help you to enter that head space and make the most out of your time away.
Why is a Hartig Yoga Class so relaxing?
Our classes are carefully designed to stretch and strengthen the whole body. We spend 60 minutes working through a sequences of yoga asanas, releasing tensions and blocked energy within the body. After the gentle flow, we relax in Savasana/ Corpse Pose for at least 10 minutes and sink into a deep relaxation, allowing all of the movements of the practice to integrate within the body.
It often takes a bit of stretching and breathing to get the body into an open and comfortable state to be able to relax properly, and here at Hartig Yoga, proper relaxation is the focus of all of our classes.
Do I have to be flexible to practice yoga?
Not at all. In fact, my inflexibility is what brought me to yoga in the first place! Practicing yoga helps to loosen the whole body and release long held tensions from within it. Everybody is welcome to our yoga classes in Palm Cove. From complete beginners, to regular practitioners. Everybody is sure to leave feeling more relaxed and centered.
