Starts – Thursday 14th May 2020

Finishes – Thursday 11th June 2020 

4 weeks learning the basics of Hatha Yoga, an ancient system comprised of Yoga Asana (posture), correct breathing and relaxation.

 

|  WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAMME ENTAIL?  |

 

 

1) 4 Weeks of Online Yoga Tuition.  You will be added to a private facebook group where pre-recorded Beginners Yoga Classes will be added, for you to practice in your own time. 

2) Each week you will be given 2 x 30 minute Yoga Classes and 2 x 45 minute Yoga Classes to practice. You can do them once, or you can repeat them as you wish.

  

3)The Online Group will be interactive!  I will be very present in the group and will do a weekly Live Q and A session to answer any of the questions that you might have about your practice – including postures, breathing etc.  

 

4) Classes can be practiced in your own time, although a weekly suggested schedule will be given to you.  This means that you can practice with me from wherever you are in the world and whatever time zone you are in.

 

5) Become part of a little GLOBAL online Yoga Community!  It is so important to feel connected to a community.  Within this space you will be able to connect with other beginner yogis from around the world.

 

6) Lifetime access to these teachings, so you can repeat this course over and over again after it’s finished! 

7) BONUS – Yoga Philosophy Talks.  Once a week I will post a video about the history of Yoga and/or Yoga Philosophy.

Anyone who wants to improve their life! Yoga has the power to completely transform your body and mind, if practiced regularly with patience, devotion and faith.

Everyone! There is no pre-requisite to learning yoga. You just need a body, to be able to breathe and a commitment to feeling good, inside and out.

A Space to practice in

A Facebook account (you will be added to a private facebook group where the course content will be posted.  Even if you don’t have an account, you can create a dummy one just so you can access the classes.)

Wifi / An internet connection

A commitment to feel more relaxed and positive!

A Body.

You may need (but isn’t necessary!) A yoga mat (you can also just put a towel down!)
