We have just got back to Palm Cove, after a 10 week ‘holiday’ in Western Australia. It was such a wonderful time. My partner in crime Luke from Kiteboarding Cairns got to go Kite surfing most days, and I had lots of time to practice yoga and meditation. The weather was beautiful every day, warm and dry.
Now we are back in Palm Cove and loving it. It was so humid and hot when we left, but it’s starting to cool down. It was a shock to the system coming from the fast pace of Fremantle to the snail pace of Palm Cove, but I’m slowly relaxing into it again.
Palm Cove is such a wonderful place. Every day it amazes me. The nature here is so magical, I just need to walk down the street to the beach to get my ‘nature hit’. Beach life certainly suits me!
Yoga in Palm Cove
So I am now trying to get a venue to start a couple of yoga classes. I love teaching yoga and showing people how they can help themselves to feel awesome. I will let you know as soon as I know where they will be held and I hope to see you all on the mat soon. (If anybody knows of anything, please get in touch!)
I am also going to be working with Paddleboarding Cairns to offer some SUP yoga classes (yoga on stand up paddle boards) when the stinger season is over. As soon as the stinger nets get taken down, we can get out on the water. It’s a lot of fun practicing on a paddle board!
I will keep you posted anyway, and in the meantime I am available for private lessons in the area.
If you would like any more information at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
