“I was fortunate enough to attend a retreat with Hartig Yoga and can honestly say I did not want to leave.  Everything was so well planned and beautifully put together and I could not fault a single thing! Beth is an amazing yoga teacher and a genuinely kind and beautiful soul inside and out.  She brings a contagious energy to all of her practices and you will always leave feeling uplifted”.

Louise Buchanan – Cairns

” From Sunrise yoga practice, Yin Yoga, Nidra, Restorative, Cacao ceremony, Sound Healing, Silence day, Journalling, Home made candles, delicious food, massages and all enjoyed in the company of beautiful humans…everything was awesome!  Cannot wait for the next retreat. It truly made me feel on top of the world”

Brigitte O'Brien Schmid - Cairns

“I have just come from Beth’s yoga retreat. It was so wonderful, i have come away changed for the better. There were so many brilliant and unexpected things about this retreat. I went alone, not knowing anyone, and have come away with a genuine feeling of being valued and loved.  I am used to learning with my head, but have now experienced how to learn with my heart.  Just about the best thing I have done in so long”

Ali - Sunshine Coast
