About The Retreat
In our unique 4 day Yoga retreat in Mission Beach we will practice Yoga, Meditation, Breath work and specialised workshops to connect to each of the 7 major chakras.
Where is Eco Village?
This retreat is held at Eco Village Resort, which is a unique rainforest and beachfront eco-lodge, nestled halfway between Townsville and Cairns.
Eco Village is nestled between Clump point and the very north end of Mission Beach. Built in the rainforest, you get the best of Rainforest and beach at this incredible resort. Eco Village has beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool for us the keep cool in as well as direct access to a PRIVATE beach and direct access to the north end of Mission Beach. Our Yoga shala faces the private beach.. it’s absolutely stunning!
Check in on first day from 2pm.

3pm- Check in anytime after 3pm. Relax in your room and take time to explore the resort before your first practice.
4.00pm-6pm Welcome circle in the Yoga Shala followed by a Yin and Restorative Yoga for Muladhara Chakra.
6.30pm Nourishing Group Dinner.
7.30am-9.00am – Pranayama, Hatha Flow and Meditation for Svadhisthana Chakra
9.00am- Wholesome group breakfast.
10.30am – 12pm Workshop
12.00pm-4pm Free Time.
4pm – 6pm Yin Yoga and Fire Ceremony for Manipura Chakra.
6.30pm Delicious Group Dinner.
6.30am-8.00am – Sunrise Yoga and Meditation at the beach for Anahata Chakra
8.30am- Wholesome group breakfast.
9.30am – 4pm- Free Time
4.00pm-6pm– Yin Yoga and Voice activation workshop for Throat Chakra.
6.30pm Nourishing Group Dinner.
7.30am-9.30am – Morning flow and Meditation for Ajna Chakra
9.30am – Wholesome Group Breakfast
10.30am-4.00pm– Free Time (Massage, beach, walk, pool, nap, journal… the choice is yours!)
4.00pm-6.00pm– Sound Healing and Breath Work/Nidra/Meditation for Sahasrara Chakra
6.30pm– Group Dinner.
7.00am-8.30am– Final Movement and Meditation for all 7 chakras and Closing circle.
8.30am- Group Breakfast.
10am- Check out and go home feeling revived and balanced.

We have a few different pricing options available depending on whether you would like to share with a friend/partner or multiple friends (and you are both participating in the retreat) OR whether you just want a private room to yourself.
The cost of the retreat varies depending on whether you are coming alone or with a friend/friends. We can accommodate you whether you want to come alone, or with 1, 2 or 3 others!
Single Occupancy- $1650
Couple Share/ Twin Share – $1300
3 friends sharing (This will be in a room with a Queen Bed and Triple bunk beds) – $1150 per person
4 friends sharing (This will be in a room with a Queen Bed and Triple bunk beds) – $1050 per person
– 7 x 90-120 minute Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama practices and 1 x 60 Minute Yoga practice (on the last day).
– Dinners and Breakfasts during the retreat. All food will be vegetarian. Vegan and GF options are also available (please let us know your requirements).
– All Yoga Mats and Props.
– Accommodation (different options available depending on your budget- see below)
– Cacao Ceremony, Sunrise Yoga at the beach, Rainforest walks.. and much more!
– Lots of special surprises!
– Lunch is not included. You are welcome to prepare your own lunch in Bbq Area, or you may also choose to visit a local cafe in Mission beach during your free time.
– Transportation to and from the retreat. Drive down with your own car, or rent a car from Cairns airport. You may also catch the Greyhound bus, which leaves from Cairns and Townsville.
– Massage. You are welcome to book a massage with Amber, our massage therapist. She will be offering 6-8 slots during the retreat.
How To Book a Spot
First email Beth at email@example.com to make sure there are still spots available.
In your initial email, let us know whether what accommodation you require (single occupancy or sharing with 1 or more others) as well as any dietary requirements. We won’t pair you in a shared room unless you are coming with a friend, as most people are keen for their own space.
Once your place has been confirmed, please pay your $300 non-refundable deposit (a secure invoice hosted by Stripe will be emailed to you to be paid within 14 days) to secure your spot. 50% of the balance is required 60 days before the retreat and the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the retreat.
Payments plans are available, just let us know how you would like to set up the instalments.
You will be emailed further payment details and additional details about the retreat, what to bring etc.
Places at this retreat cannot be secured without payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS-
Retreat Deposits are non refundable. If the retreat is cancelled for any reason, you will be given the deposit back in full.
A full refund of the remaining retreat balance (not the deposit) will be given if you cancel your place 40+ days before the retreat start day.
50% refund will be given if you cancel 15-39 days before the retreat start date.
No refund will be given if you cancel 0-14 days before the retreat start date.
If required numbers are not met, Hartig Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat. A full refund will be given within 7 days of cancellation of the retreat.
